For those of you who haven’t had their BIA’s (body analysis reading) at discover yet, I would advise that you call to book in for this week sometime to get your start results and have those goals to work towards over the next 12 weeks.  At the nutrition seminar tomorrow night we will also be going over the BIA reading and specific markers in it to be aware of.
